Scale of scores: Highest lowest

Firestone TZ300 is a durable and resistant tyre that performs well in any weather conditions prevailing in Poland in the summer. Utilising a symmetrical tread, the tyre ensures an excellent dry and wet grip. This improves the driving safety and means that with Firestone TZ300 you can feel very safe. The model is a more comfortable and safer version of Firestone TZ200 which was well known among drivers. With its soft lateral wall and reduced stiffness, the tyre transfers less vibrations, which positively translates into driving comfort. The symmetric tread performs excellent at water drainage. Apart from smooth drainage, the longitudinal grooves combined with transverse notches also ensure an even pressure of the tyre against the surface. The grip is therefore improved and the tread wears out evenly, ensuring a balanced performance over the course of its life. The numerous sipes and grooves of the tread help protect the tyre against the dangerous aquaplaning.

The assets of Firestone TZ300 include a short braking distance and excellent traction provided by a large number of longitudinal grooves and notches. Additionally, driving comfort is improved by the silent operation facilitated by the use of a block shoulder joint which reduces the noise level. Firestone TZ300 stands for top quality and performance which make everyday driving a real pleasure.

    Opinion from outside the UK

Firestone TZ300 tyres are comfortable and predictable. Absolute traction parameters cannot be rated neither for 6 nor for 5 because there are much bette tyres, and on dry 6 would be for a slick and 5 for a sports tyre. For a civilian tyre, the parameters are very good. Decent handling, taking some really aggressive driving into account, and thus, the tyres give a lot of confidence. They are also good on wet, although not as much as Uniroyal tyres. Braking can be also also rated for 4-5. The tyre is very trustworthy - it handles aggressive treatment in a 200 BHP car very well and does a good job in handling the power. They can "indicate" when you are about to lose grip nicely, but they also don't lean in like aforementioned Uniroyals.. For this price, Firestone TZ300 is a tyre worth recommending. There are definitely better tyres for higher prices, but in this range Firestone TZ300 is one of the best. It's very comfortable, quiet and absorbs bumps nicely. Also, their rolling noise is barely audible. Read more Collapse

Tyres grip in the corners very well. With my dynamic driving style I've practically never experienced any over- od understeer. They behave great on wet and dry surface. The only drawback is the fact they can cause a wheelspin when starting on wet. When braking on wet the Firestone TZ300 are already very good. Unfortunately my tyre cracked across the tread line, between the grooves, at the edge of the tyre. A crack was about an inch long - and all I could do was to scrap the tyre after two seasons and about 15 000 miles (and I onl drive in the city and a bit outside of it). The tyre is not very durable and wears fairly quickly. However, I can definitely recommend the Firestone TZ300 as it's a tyre for our typical conditions. Read more Collapse

Firestone TZ300 is a superb tyre if we treat it in accordance with its intended purpose - use from spring to late autumn. Its traction is definitely OK, it gives greatg grip in the corners, nicely disperses water to the sides, so we have to be aware of bypassers, I have already experienced how effectively the bypassers can be splashed. I also advise not to wait with changing to winter tyres, because driving on snow or ice is difficult and dangerous, braking is great (I gave 5 points), and I can personally recommend Firestone TZ300 to everyone, because the price for such quality is really not high. Firestone TZ300 tyres have so far met my expectations. Grip, riding comfort and high resistance to wear is my assessment of the tyres after first summer season with a distance of about five thousand miles covered. My driving style can be assessed as moderate to dynamic. I had no problems with the mastery of a class B front wheel drive car with ca. 85 HP in dry or wet conditions, whether driving around the city, or hurrying over to the seaside. To conclude, I find Firestone TZ300 a reasonable choice in this price class. Read more Collapse

Two years ago, when I bought the Firestone TZ300, the model was just entering the market, so it was hard to get any omre information than praises from the manucaturer. Today, if I were to buy new tyres, I would definitely not buy this model because it is a typical tyre for driving in high temperatures, and you get problems as soon as rain begins to fall. As for me, it's loud in comparison to cheaper Klebers which I had before Firestone TZ300. I can only recommend them to those who don't leave home when it rains. Read more Collapse

There are many tyres that grip harder and wear quicker and that wear slowly and grip probably... I have found this tyre to wear extremely well and provide the grip when required. When at the lower limit of the tread the grip is noticeably decreased but that's the same on most tyres in my experience. Cost + Grip + Decent Wear rate = Firestone TZ300 Read more Collapse

The tire after 3 or 4 seasons. Driving aggressively, burn slipper, Rondo side will, I smoke a pile of fuel and always'm having fun in the car. Tires do not interfere. First resistance - had adventures. I jumped the curb. On the road contractor's fault that it was not. His wife also pressed so that lost the wheel arch. Tires survived it without a fault. Both cases should eliminate tire. Still perfectly he rides. Big applause. Abrasion - tires with the course may 30000km are already in over half worn. With my driving style I do not think so consumed quickly. I'll make them an eye 50000. Traction - this is not a race tire so it's definitely a tire on the roundabout where you can drive a few kilometers faster. I appreciate the soft tire in the transition to the loss of adhesion, soft skid easy to control. Good controllability of the car and a lot of feedback on the steering wheel. The tire does not interfere with hard use, a reliable partner. On a wet also very well and without surprises. I rode the best and this is slightly weaker. Bravo. Comfort - excellent. No noise from 0 to 200kmh. They are not too hard. In addition to jumping on the curbs made on them such as average speed of 200kmh refueling refueling. I made them 1000km in the day, reload them packing the car to the ceiling. The tire did not mind and is still on the car. Again - bravo :) Do I would buy again? Probably not because I want to try something else out of curiosity. Do I recommend? For people driving around moderation. For vehicles with power around 100-120KM per tonne without hesitation. Very good tire with excellent combination of features that make it a product of the golden mean. To aggressively used cars or stronger - to ponder. Read more Collapse

in life drove so far approximately 110,000 km (70kkm on the Seicento and 40 ffm on Mondeo MK3) before I started rated tires, so maybe it's not much, but for things, namely depreciation on holes road great, just barely feel the wheel even as he complete the hole is absolutely not change the direction of travel, whether water or rain or burning sun goes like on rails, straight on the straight road and the established arc as the driver wants to turn when it rains immediately distributes water to the sides, but be careful, because at heavy rains (storms) after exceeding 90 km / h clearly felt aquaplaning, for some it is an advantage because they know when they are released (me fit, although a little too early, it should be somewhere around 110 km / h), for others it will be defect, as a dry surface is absolutely great, stick to the road superbly, depreciation great, braking extra fast and efficient, as the slippery surface, ie. slightly fell into the rain and then the sun is shining, or the roadway is a little wet, and thus by me slippery you really have to be careful and take correction for distance to another car, because braking can end up behind its predecessor, with me immediately turn on the ABS system, because the wheels lose grip, which eg. do not show the same conditions the previous year Fulda, so I think , with a reduced price is worth it to buy, but if it came to pay the normal price it is NOT! Driving foczka mk2fl trick is not to write that holds the road when cornering because the suspension in Ford's rewelka but Firestonach speed cornering may be higher by about 20% than other rubbers, and I'm sure that does not fly out. Holds up well on both dry and wet conditions. You have to watch out for bigger puddles because at higher speeds (above 90 km / h) those with a weaker grip the steering wheel may be surprised. At the moment I drove around 20tyś and wear on them almost not visible. I have a comparison to kleberów and Fulda - these versions of summer are so hard that sometimes in dry conditions you can feel like at the rink. Fulda is good but for the winter. Good economic gum that will satisfy picky, will be sufficient to meet the demanding expectations of those who care about security. Braking in dry conditions with 100km / h is about a meter better than the factory tests. The rain did not check. Read more Collapse

Normal good tires at a good price. Just the usual good tires for everyday use and occasional (2-3 times a year), you pass on a track for fun. I have nothing to reproach them. Well-stick surface, good disperse water. If I were more frequent (eg every 3-4 weeks) riding for fun on the racetrack is able to have a little better stick - but by then buy a second set on the track, whose harm to wipe driving around shopping or to work. Durability shall not judge because too few sets of tires wyjeździłem to tell how fast you consume. Suppression also does not judge - they are certainly a lot better than my previous tires, but do not go to the factory and I changed the suspension settings which makes it hard to assess the same tire. are of bad tires only with the dry are felt but only at low speed already at speed a little 'higher ie around 50 km per hour in on the tires no longer take the road and braking is prolonged. In the wet can still be felt even more in the ice skating show that is possible even without ice. The machine does not take nothing for the road and you may have to be forced to go much lower speed than normal. One good thing is that at least in the snow more than a certain speed the car can not reach because it idles in the snow. However, I think that firestone like rubber not buy it anymore since there are better tires at equal price or a few dozen Euros. Let's say that speculate on car safety does not lead to good results. During the change of the more expensive cabin Bridgestone silence and comfort. It is amazing how this tire absorbs potholes, bumps and this is cichutka. Well it handles and the wet and dry. On our roads ideal for normal driving. For sports are different, but this still allows for a lot of corners. I would recommend to anyone only with speed H, ie. Up to 210 km / h. Tires with higher speed indices are more rigid and do not have the comfort, more beating on the holes, and who often travels in Poland over 210 km / h? Super tire. Read more Collapse

Road manners very good these tires, despite subjecting to torture in the form of freight, such as paving slabs 700kg, 650kg bearings or the export of wood from the forest, the tire resistant to this type of event, all the work unscathed, without punctures or loss of przyczepności.Poza the Firestone name It looks great painted white. Today I drove about 4 thousand miles of new tyres. I can say that the tyres are good, but they have several disadvantages (compared to the Michelin Energy Saver) - namely, they are quite noisy, but it is a matter of habit, and as the average of the check in the rainy season. The difference is also noticeable during braking where the road is slightly longer (in all weathers). Read more Collapse

Tyres great in the summer, you can ride in the winter, if you do not hit the ice or snow kopny. With enough hard zdartym tread still has good grip in corners and under acceleration. A little worse is the braking, because the firm is working ABS braking on dry asphalt. Very well keep the patched asphalt and dirt road. You can safely recommend it. Read more Collapse
