Product description

Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric SUV AT

An asymmetric tread pattern with deep, wide grooves for drainage is designed in the Active CornerGrip technology using specially developed components: silica and a mixture of polymers, resins and nano-carbon black. The first component inside the tread provides perfect grip even on wet surfaces. It also reduces the impact of aquaplaning. In turn, the high-performance innovative polymer mixture optimizes tyre traction, which is particularly important when cornering. Both components eliminate vibrations to make driving extremely quiet, and low rolling resistance gives comfort and safety in virtually all conditions.

Product information:

A refined tread and well-balanced tyres have been appreciated by many producers of luxury cars. The Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric SUV AT is the standard equipment of Porsche models: the Cayman and Boxster. The tread pattern design optimises tyre contact with the road for developing greater speed on any type of surface. The technology applied enhances control over the car, even on sharp turns. A uniform distribution of tyre ground pressure, especially at high speeds, maximises the contact of the car with the road, which is particularly essential for safety at high performance.

This is thanks to the high quality of tyres, the manufacturing technology and some world class professionals and designers that take part in creating theGoodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric SUV AT. Moreover, independent tests are also crucial. The company gave the task of testing its tyres to the Austrian ÖAMTC car club, to Stiftung Warentest in Germany and to an independent organisation in Lapland, Finland.

Active on the market for more than 100 years, the Goodyear company, which produced the first ever removable tyres, is currently ranked third in terms of volume of tyre production. Goodyear is innovative, technologically advanced and not afraid of challenges. Its tyres are characterised by high quality, reasonable prices and versatility, a blend of which has earned it a loyal customer base.
