My car is a 200 horsepower Hyundai Sonata from 2012. I have been thinking a lot about buying a new set of tyres as my Continentals worn out. I decided to take a chance and purchase the Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres because I did not want to spend too much. What is more, I think it is not worth going for expensive tyres unless you have a premium class vehicle. I do not do 2500 miles monthly and I drive mainly in the UK so I do not need top quality product. From my point of view, the most significant advantage of Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres is the fact that they suppress all kinds of unevenness in a sensational way even though the profile ratio is 45. The tyres are quite comfortable and pretty quiet. I did not notice a crucial difference between these Kormorans and my prvious Continentals. It is easy to speak inside a cabin while driving at a high speed. They are doing well both in dry and wet weather conditions. To be honest, I did not expect these tyres to be so good. Admittedly, I had an opportunity to test them only in a city. However, I am sure that they would do good in more demanding conditions as well. All in all, the Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres are worth purchasing taking into consideration their overall performance, comfort they provide and, of course, the price. They have a rim protection bar that helps to protect wheels from a kerb damage and small stones on the road. I did not experience any problems connected with balancing and my car drives like it was a brand-new. I would like to recommend these tyres to everybody. Read more Collapse

I purchased a set of Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres due to temporary lack of cash. I do not think it was a mistake. I thought that it is better to wait a month and buy something from premium brands. I drive quite a lot. I do approximately 80 miles a day. I had some Michelin tyres mounted previously on my vehicle (they served me for several years). The Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres are a bit noisier. However, they still provide good grip. Furthermore, the tyres are surprisingly comfortable. My car has a 150 horsepower (350Nm) engine and I have never experienced any serious problems on the road with these tyres mounted on wheels. I feel confident while driving in rainy weather conditions. In conclusion, after doing more than 5.000 miles they behave very well. They provide good durability. They may have some drawbacks. Perhaps they are not as good as premium brands like Pirelli, Michelin or Continental but they are still worth being recommended. The Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres offer good price to quality ratio. If you are looking for good quality and a reasonable price, it is a good choice. Read more Collapse

In July I decided to purchase two Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres. After doing 5.000 miles I would like to express my opinion about them. I am really surprised. I did not have high expectations in regard to quality of these tyres. I simply thought that an unknown product cannot meet my expectations as the price was very low. Now I know that it was a really good purchase. I am rather kind of an aggressive driver. My driving style is dynamic. I have noticed that the Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres provide great grip. I know that my car is prepared for different weather conditions. The tyres are doing well even in the pouring rain. I believe I do not have to worry about sliding on a wet surfrace. I did not expect such a quality for a low price. They could be compared to some high performance tyres without a hesitation! They could be a bit quieter but considering all positive aspects I am very satisfied with their quality. Generally speaking they are really good tyres. There are no any serious negative aspects. I think I will purchase them again! Read more Collapse

I have done approximately 23.000 miles on the Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres so I can say something about their quality. I heared them only when I drove at a speed higher than 120 mp/h. In a daily drive they are rather quiet. I have been driving my car both in a city and beyond it (the ratio was 50% city to 50% long routes). Driving in corners is a pure pleasure. I think they are quite hard wearing tyres. Definitely, durability is their strong positive aspect. The rolling resistance is low, which has a positive influence on a fuel consumption. I had read about Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres before purchasing. I watched some road tests and I think I made a good decision. Their rubber compund is not too hard so driving is comfortable. They may lost grip in heavy rain weather conditions. However, in my opinion, they are still one of the best tyres taking into consideration price and quality. I do recommend the Kormoran GAMMA B2 to everybody. Read more Collapse

I cannot use these tyres anymore just because of an asphalt type in Ireland. It is almost like a sandpaper. My Ford Mondeo is not a light vehicle. The Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres provided me with perfect grip but they worn out quickly. I do not think it is a fault of the tyres. The tyres are doing well on a dry surface. They are a little bit softer than the previous model. They did not cause any problems on wet surfaces. Moreover, they enabled me to drive faster in corners. The main reason of a fast tread wear I mentioned is the surface I had to drive on. The Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres are remarkably quiet. You almost cannot hear them. It is difficult to point out any negative aspects. These tyres are one of the best I have ever had. Read more Collapse

A good tyre - a soft tyre with a tread looks a bit like Christmas tree - ideal for those who brake using engine! When I read the reviews of some drivers who claim that after 15-20 thousand km 3-4mm tread war worno off, I suggest to change the driving technique (unless such opinions are placed by the competition). Personally, I traveled on these tyres for 2 seasons 186,000 km and I was sooooo happy with them, which is why I BOUGHT THESE tyreS AGAIN despite the fact that I drive dynamically and quickly - on some German Highways even up to 230km / h. For those who use up their tyres too much quickly, I suggest training on a driving simulator, eg GT6 with the tyre wear option enabled :-) Read more Collapse

very poor tyre with more plastic than rubber, I want to express myself clearly - ther is a merit to these tyres because they are cheap, but if you want new tyres and you drive aggressively they do not have the grip just but skid while cornering a higher speed. Previously, I had used Michelin, already used up and better kept on this curves. For people who want new tyres and do not drive quickly is a good option. it seems to me that because they are so hard, they will be long to make it. My opinion as you have a Kormoran Gamma B2 put them on the back, and buy something decent Read more Collapse

The tyre is worth money spent on it, at least according to me. I am surprised by the rewiews of people who write how bad the tyre is. As a rule, these are people who prefer "aggressive" driving. If they have a sporty spirit, they should buy sports tyres. The Kormoran Gamma offers decent grip on both wet and wet surfaces. The tyre is quite loud, but there is no tragedy. Comfort (cushioning of road inequalities) at a good level. I think that we will not buy anything better for this price. All in all, I recommend it Read more Collapse

In my humble opinion, these tyres are best suited for dry surfaces, on dry surfaces are doing very well, while wet ones you need to be cautious because they have an extended braking distance and sometimes on the arches can lose their grip. As a user of these tyres i'd say: Good product at a reasonable price and most importantly have a deep tread compared to other tyres. I sincerely recommend this model to those who doesn't drive much and yes, yes, I will definitely buy them if they are at a reasonable price Read more Collapse

tyres ok for their price. They are certainly soft, as for the noise it i did not notice anything that would bother me even without the radio being on so noise level is a plus. I put them in the Mercedes E class, I have them for a short time, but so far there is no tragedy, I used to drive in the rain and dry, at different speeds and they are doing good so far. I will add reviews over time with a little more mileage, but I think that if someone uses the car for short routes, this is not a bad choice. Read more Collapse

Tyres are extremely loud in the 80-90 kmh range and above 130. Despite the cool tread pattern and the deep-cut at the first glance, in two or three years there may be a problem in the case of an over-zealous policeman - the grooves are shaped so that in some places the incisions are more shallow about 3-4 mm and I do not mean the wear indicator of the tyre. When it comes to safety, the tyre holds well both on dry and wet surfaces and is equally solid on curves. Read more Collapse

Unfortunately, Kormoran didn't do well, and my predecessors apparently did not notice the disadvantages of these tyres. I did. very loud tyre, fast-wearing tread and not behaving well in the rain. In addition, I did a some mileage in the snow as the spring is simply sensational and this is complete bottom of a tyre. They skid at low speeds, and it should not be even on a super summer tyre. I advise against buying. Read more Collapse

After 1 season and less than 20,000 km, 3 mm of tread has gone. Rather much. I thought they would serve about 3-4 years - ain't happening. This is a low-budget tyre, but I'm afraid that it won't even offer 2 seasons of usage.... I'd think about it three times, before considering buying them again. For people with mileage of up to 10k per season it may be viable. Read more Collapse

The Kormoran tyre tread wears off very quickly. After covering around of 12,000-15000 km, the tread is on the limit of usability (about 2mm). I was driving 2-3x as far on Dębica tyres! Other driving parameters for quiet driving were acceptable (comparable to Dębica). Therefore, due to the economics of Kormoran tyres I do not recommend them. Read more Collapse

Hello, I bought 2 bouquets in July 2008 and drive ahead in my Xsara from 2000, I rate them well, the car firmly sticks to the straight road and in the corners. I traveled about 2000 km on them and I am satisfied with them, they drain the water quite well during the rain as well as when entering the puddle. For this price they are ok Read more Collapse

There is no problem with grip on dry and wet surfaces. With the tyre width of 205, there are 3 channels that drain the water well. They have one major disadvantage: they are loud. For me it is a very big drawback. It does not irritate me much while driving around the city, but even the radio does not help during longer trips. Read more Collapse

I bought this tire suggesting a price, but I'm disappointed because it was discovered that the new tire has a tread less than 7mm height. Tires other brands have 8 or even 9 mm tread. For this reason, I am not happy and I think that it is not fair on the part of the manufacturer. Read more Collapse

After about 5000 driven km have not seen any major drawbacks. In my opinion, if you drive a moderately ie. If you need to accelerate but does not ride like a maniac, these tires are ideal. Price as its quality is perfect, so why overpay? With a clear conscience recommend. Read more Collapse
