The CrossClimate 2 235/45 R18 has now covered more than 10,000 kilometres. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to any driver. In summer, they have a relatively low noise level when driving. I don't feel any significant difference compared to summer tyres of a similar level. In the wet, I only managed to break traction when starting off with a kickdown. Even in heavy rain, cornering is not too much of a problem and the car stays firmly on the road without the help of ESP. In winter conditions, the tyres also proved highly effective. Although there were times when conditions exceeded the capabilities of the tyres, they would have exceeded those of any tyre not fitted with chains. They also passed the test of driving in glaze, during which I managed to cover 40 km without falling off the road. All in all, the tyres have performed faultlessly. They have not let me down once, and their grip limit is where any driver would expect it to be. I have never been surprised by a sudden lack of grip. I have had the opportunity to test them in almost all conditions (I have had them since December 23). The tyres perform brilliantly. I've had mine since November, so winter and spring test passed. I don't know yet how it performs in the heat of summer, but my impression is that it performs just as well. Overall quiet, on dry, wet, snowy surfaces they grip nicely. Recommended. Read more Collapse
