Minerva EMI ZERO 4S

Minerva EMI ZERO 4S are all-season economy tyres designed for passenger cars. This means that they enable safe travelling no matter the weather conditions and the purchasing them won’t burden the household budget.

The presented model uses an asymmetric tread pattern offering safety in different weather conditions and on different types of surface. The tread is divided into external and internal parts, which are responsible for performance in different conditions.

The former is for maintaining grip on dry surfaces and during manoeuvres. The latter is responsible for quick water drainage and protection against aquaplaning. The central part of the tyre includes a grid of sipes which facilitate starting and reduce the braking distance on snow.

The benefit of this asymmetric tread is not only its strong grip and stable driving, but also for the imoressive dampening of noise generated during travel. The diversified layout of grooves prevents resonance, which translates into comfortable driving.

The Minerva EMI ZERO 4S ensures safe and comfortable travelling no matter the road conditions. In combination with its attractive price, it is the perfect offer for drivers who are looking for high performance without stretching their budgets.

It’s worth knowing that Minerva is a brand owned by the Belgian group called Deldo, who have been on the market since 1973 and have cooperated with such groups as Continental. Deldo tyres are highly appreciated by economical drivers. Interestingly, Deldo’s turnover in 2010 exceeded 325 million Euro, selling 7.5 million items.

    Opinion from outside the UK

If in driving everyday in normal situations and in normal road conditions, no major problems are found, a different story is when with slippery terrain (mostly rain), security goes down the drain along with the road-holding. only my capacity of control (I did several driving schools), allowed me, with counter steering maneuvers in three times on the "round" the car lurched me even at slow speeds, and in one case, to keep the car in the roadway, saving me from a safe off the road. I would never recommend this type of tire to those who were to use the car often in critical weather conditions. Read more Collapse
