Toyo Celcius is a proposition from one of the undisputed leaders in the all-season tyre industry. This premium company used its creative potential to the fullest to create a modern, safe and reliable tyre for a wide range of passenger cars.
The optimal year-round performance of this model is the result of the sophisticated interplay of components that ensure versatile performance and safety on the road. The model uses cutting-edge technologies that improve driving dynamics in various times of the year:
The “snow claws” technology guarantees increased grip when travelling on snow-covered terrain, resulting from the improved rigidity of the sidewalls. This solution is also effective on ice-covered and wet terrain.
The special net of sipes – designed to counter mud – increases grip in challenging conditions, when the road is covered by water and other types of waste. It quickly dries the tread in order to prevent the channels from becoming clogged.
The system of sipes is divided in to two sections:
Inner – equipped with a very dense web of sipes designed to increase grip in winter conditions.
Outer – containing far fewer sipes, to protect the driver on dry and wet roads in the months from spring to autumn.
The Multi-Wave sipes were designed to minimize fuel consumption and decrease the noise generated by the tyre. In addition, the grippy build improves traction and reduces the braking distance on various types of terrain.
Toyo Celcius is a premium class product from the all-season category. Its excellent characteristics in every season will fulfil the expectations of the most demanding drivers.
Toyo is regarded as the youngest Japanese premium brand, although its history stretches back to 1945. The company is renowned for producing top-quality tyres for passenger cars, trucks, off-road vehicles, delivery vans and special cars. It is valued by experts and achieves high scores in prestigious tests. Toyo gained much popularity among drivers thanks to its Proxes series, in part made famous after being featured in “The Fast and the Furious”.
