Vredestein Sportrac 3

I have Vredestein Sportac 3 2nd season already, I driver a lot, even 25000 miles a year. I made like 6 – 10 thousan miles on Vredestein Sportac 3 and they still look as they were brand new. Doing good on dry road, literally stick to the road, on wet leave all rivals behind. The rain doesn’t exist for Vredestein Sportac 3  Ever since I’ve bought and rode Vredestein Sportac 3 I became a fan of this company. It’s time to buy Snowtrack for winter. Very good tyres. Excel in the wet - well stick to the asphalt. A bit noisy at higher speeds, small pebbles like to come between the tread and are able to tap annoyingly - there is no big problem to remove them. We May say that summer season is way behind, first season with Vredestein Sportac3, over 15000 miles. Overall opinion was very average. Vredestein Sportac 3 is doing very good on dry road but it emits strange sounds when coming into the bands. It a completely different world on wet. During summer, when it is very hot, it is ok, although you have to be careful. Now, when it’s quite cold ( 7-10 degrees ), Vredestein Sportac 3 is a disaster! No handling, no accelerating and weak breaking. I personally think that Vredestein Sportac 3 is dangerous, but the wear is not that bad. I am driving Octavia with 130HP diesel engine, so it is not a very heavy car. I highly NOT recommend those tyres!!! They might be good for hot European countries and I am wondering why Vredestein Sportac 3 won the Summer Tyres Test in 2011? Read more Collapse

Everything would be fine if it wasn’t for the noise – triangle tread in contact with the road always emits weird whistling and it concerns each tyre of this type – Toyo Proxes and Uniroyal Rainsport also. Great on wet, on dry stick to the road when it’s hot and become soft with slightly increased torque when the rubber becoming softer. Vredestein Sportac 3’s side wall is a mistake. You are not suppose to ride on a look but on a tyre, although it should look fine. Here you can see a black tyre with badly cast sign. Nothing apart from that: small DOT numbers. I am pleased with Vredestein Sportac 3 so far. The distance 1300 miles is not much but enough to place an opinion. I’ve been riding Vredestein Sportac 3 on different conditions and they didn’t let me down so far. Placed on a very hard Astra’s suspension cause all bumps, road quality to be perfect. I’ve didn’t managed to make them act too noisy on an aggressive band. When starting my car continues to stick to road without a moment of break even on a wet road. So far I can say that Vredestein Sportac 3 is the tyre I was looking for, I will not be afraid to travel long distances especially in rain. Read more Collapse

Very good tyre. In my opinion in this price you will not find a better tyre than Vredestein Sportac 3. Before the purchase I was considering buying Toyo R1R but I decided for the Vredestein Sportac 3. I drove 10000 miles previous season. On dry Vredestein Sportac 3 is like glued to the road. I was running Fulda Carat Progresso which is also good for the rain, but it can’t compete with Vredestein Sportac 3. I will probably buy Vredestein Sportac 3 again if I were to choose again. Before I bought Vredestein Sportac 3 I read a lot of different opinions – most of’em was about how great Vredestein Sportac 3 is. It is doing great on wet – waterholes are no match for Vredestein Sportac 3. It doesn’t mean that you can let the steering wheel go and the car will go by water by itself. Since friend of mine purchase BMW 750Li with for of these and recommend them to me,i"m really satisfied of it.Already swap 3 pairs on my Golf VR6 and i'd recomend them to the people never tried this brand.On wet they are absotutely perfect.Dry grip is also v.good.So don't hesitate just make your right choice with it and pay less. Nice look and at the end when it comes to the positives, on dry and wet asphalt behave on average, do not wear out quickly but somehow rubs off very uneven tread very much noisy, uneven wear enhances this effect causing resonant sounds strange, does not help balancing or Replace tires seats, rubber over a hard time doing that affects adhesion after the manufacturer and for the price I was expecting something better in August, but was disappointed it was one of the worst we operate a tire. Tyre loud as a cast new car - it could pass as the tread wears a little. Burning fuel is zdecdowanie higher compared to predecessors (Michelin Energy Saver) and their use - for a month of travel (about 4500 tys.km) descended by 1.5 mm so I doubt they can withstand two seasons as the previous tyres. Sportrac'i already uses 3 season, so they have to an end. So far, passed the 45-50kkm under various conditions, including a lot of trips to the medium and well done rozjeżdżonych built roads to motorways (this work). I drive on these tyres Season 2 and I'm very pleased with it. I paid for it 205 zł / pc and I do not think the price is better. In comparison to the running Dębica is better, in terms of durability are much better. I recommend - tyre is certain and stable, performs on the water cool (in a huge downpour and deep puddles I drive 100 km / h and did not know what to aquaplaning). Tires over 65 thousand. km are still in very good condition. Sadly, there are growing louder, but that's normal as far as abrasion.
