I fitted these tyres in April at 8 degree C. It was wet and chilly. Winter tires Pirelli Sotozero from 2009 with 5mm tread were losing grip at a faster acceleration. The tyre volume is troublesome especially in certain speed ranges up to 120 km / h, later it is no longer audible. The tyre behaves quite well on dry surfaces - in wet conditions, especially when cornering, possible drift and a subjective feeling, of course, lack of 100% control over the direction of travel, generally on a wet surface a "gas leg" is necessary. It absorbs unevenness on average - but with a heavier car it is not a problem, on the tyres I did slightly over 25,000 km for the season and you can see the wear but it should safely last for another two seasons. My previous 175/65R14 tyres, also of a little-known brand, covered 50,000 km (and I live in the mountains, so there are a lot of curves) and showed considerable wear, plus they had poor wet grip. With these, it is quite the opposite. So far, I have done about 10,000 km since I bought it and I can't see anything on the tyres, and the grip is very good for me. Before buying Zeetex summer tyres, I read many opinions and probably because of them I decided to buy it. Of course, in the workshop, I was laughed at for buying Chinese brands. It has only been 5 months since the purchase and installation of these tyres, but I did not notice any large wear of the tread, as they told me in the workshop. I approached the purchase of these tyres with the assumption that I could take a risk - they would only last one season at most. However, it turned out that these are really decent tyres. On dry pavement they certainly perform better than my previous Good Years. And in the wet it's very good too - they don't tend to float or pull away when driving through puddles. I have been driving on these tyres since May 2015. I drive quite a lot and fast ( not crazy but fast ) and I think I hit the jackpot when I bought these tyres. In the dry, like most tyres, they perform well, but in the wet I was pleasantly surprised at how well they grip. Surprisingly, there is no loss of grip when accelerating hard and the ABS is very late to kick in under braking, which is good grip. I also noticed no problems with lateral grip. I have driven 32,000 on new Zeetex zt1000 tyres the tyres deserve top marks. Very similar performance to more expensive equivalents. After the first 15,000km the tyre showed no wear at all. Long summer journeys in a GrandPicasso packed to the roof are a very good test. In my opinion they deserve a high rating and are highly recommended.
