Accelera PHI R has some good opinions. Tread is able to drain the water from underneath the tyre but it is important to drive slowly when it rains. On dry road tyre performs fine.

Accelera PHI R are quite good but obviously you need to remember about the safety and don't drive to fast in some heavy weather conditions.
