I have used Continental ContiSportContact 2 for 5 years, did 45000 miles on them, and I'll buy them again because of a relatively low price and low fuel consumption. The only drawback is that in the rain you need to be more careful, because the tread doesn't have a positive effect on braking distances, however it is still in standard range.

I don't know if I should praise them. Continental ContiSportContact 2 are pre-installed in many cars. First I threw winter tyres away, because it turned out they practically can't be used on snow. Now after 12000 miles some lumps formed on one of the tyres. Someone will say that it's because I hit a hole or a curb. And yes, I did that, but it happened a few days earlier and I did that with a different wheel. So how did it happen? I had Nokian tyres on my Accord, the wheel could get shattered into pieces and the tyres were still intact. Continental ContiSportContact 2 are heavily overrated and not worth the money spent on them, and they are ones of the most expensive tyres. It can't be also rated as quiet. Winter Goodyear UltraGrip 7 were quieter...

They were fitted as standard on my car, I walked 52.000Km then I had to throw them away. Good in the dry, but in turn it must be correct because often inaccurate. Wet suits only at very low speeds in the city or on the straight although they have a slight tendency to aquaplaning; in Urva on roundabouts and at normal speed I risked several times to go right, and at every opportunity I had promised myself to NOT take longer - in fact replaced this year with other brand. It consumes very edges and after two years became quite hard, the noise increases over time and is bearable for a drive around town and out of town, but the highway begins to feel and be annoying.

Continental ContiSportContact 2 are praised by everyone, however I'm not satisfied with it. My car has about 340 HP. It is not possible for the car to start faster on these tyres, especially when it's wet. I had the opportunity to compare them to other tyres and there are much better tyres, such as Bridgestone Potenza S001, Pirelli PZero Rosso, Bridgestone Potenza RE050. The ContiSportContact 2 are certainly not bad tyres, but in my opinion, ContiSportContact 2 highly overrated.

I use these tires since 2011. Overall I'm pleased with them but ... after driving 40000 km suited to the exchange and is too little. I would add that I am not a "racer" I go normally, without squeaks, smoking rubber and other games on the way :). For comparison, in the second car I have the Dunlop SP Sport 270 and after driving 68000 km tread that does not look like Conti. It is only but a big minus those tires. The rest of the most well-deserved positive :)

This Continental ContiSportContact 2 tyre is nothing but crap, it's a new tyre and has a break in the sidewall. Useless one, nothing more, nothing less.
