Presto bought as new tires, after the summer season I can say that is a good choice, the price very good compared to the quality, you know it's not such a class tires will be like. Previously used the summer but Nokia gave advice. On a dry I never caught slipping but in the rain it differently at times, I was not 100% sure, you had to be careful and go freely. Very quiet, no humming or rumbling even at high speeds. On dry the Dębica Presto behaviour is sensational, on wet they swerve a bit on larger bends, but generally are fine. After driving about 3500 miles I didn't notice any tyre wear. Most of tyre drawbacks are related to bad condition of the car's suspension. I recently read a review thatafter changing tyres to Michelins the guy felt like he changed the car to a higher class one... I think it's a waste of money... I also have Debica Frigo 2s on winter and it's fine. Although I used Pirellis, Dunlops and Fuldas, I think Debica Presto is definitely the same quality.
