Translation

I ride on these tires for the second year. While dry conditions handle well, wet a little worse, the snow for them is a big problem. Sometimes they behave as if it were summer tires - just 10 cm of snow and as long driveway is insurmountable. The fresh snow total lack of grip.

I think that is a bad tyre. Very poor traction on snow or slush. Although I have only to compare the Pirelli Carving, but the difference in quality and safety is huge, but the price is not.
