If you have 4x4 vehicle Hankook Winter icept evo2 W320 will give you really nice time and will allow you to use your car fully. This tyre provides sense of confidence and safety too. Snow or slush is not a problem at all. On wet roads there is no aquaplaning risk. I can not say anything about fuel efficiency just because I have them from too short time.
