I would definitely recommend these tyres. I have no problems with them. They are overloaded every day (courier service) but they hold up well.

I like how the Imperial Ecodriver 4S looks like. On dry road it is really good, almost the same on wet asphalt. As it is all season tyre you can use it during winter but remember that it is important to drive calmly to not loose control of the vehicle.
