The Nokian W is our first winter tyres and I honestly believe that it was a great purchase. Car behaves very well on all surfaces, drains water well, no problem with running in winter conditions, wet or compacted snow is not the slightest obstacle for them. Braking and traction on all surfaces is really good, we tested more than once. abrasion, so far (from the end of the second season and passing on nokianach about 20,000 by the winter) is satisfactory. The only drawback for the Nokian W might be noise, which at higher speeds on dry pavement is felt, however, a problem with the radio no longer be relevant. And most importantly value for money is simply sensational. The tyres - highly recommended

Overall the Nokian W is a great tyre on ice (like any other tyre I think) poorly checked during braking in front, despite the inclusion of the ABS. However, a change of direction the car (Lane) - after the ice retains grip!! and at a speed of 25miles per hour. - With this tyre and ABS (which I believe) I avoided hitting the back of the car in front. The Nokian W tyres has a very good grip on wet roads, higher than the summer kleber dynaxer HP2 (considered as rain tyres). I have no objections to the vehicle stability, handling, grip in wet or even heavy snow. At the end there is a big minus for Nokian - the size of the weights needed to balance far greater than those on summer Klebers. Fortunately, the balance was possible and at high speeds on motorway vibrations do not occur.I can recommend these tyres.
