Short and to the point ... Nokian WR C Van are pleasant in use, work well especially in the difficult conditions in the snow and mud. So far, the major season, I'm happy and I hope it stays that way for a long time :)

Nokian WR C Van is simply a great tyre. It will dig your van out of every snow bank. Starting on ice, snow, and slush is not a problem. Like most winter tyres, it wears off pretty quickly and is quite loud. Also, the price is high, but it's worth to spend every penny on this tyre.

Nokian WR C Van were Fitted on 20.10.2012. Over the winter, I drove 66000 miles. Although I kept them by force for them to last to the end of long tough winter season. While these tyres were up to 5 mm tread they sticked like crazy. Less is worse. Less than 4 mm and the tyres were not able to dig out of fresh 25 inches of snow. I ride only in north-eastern Scotland. Michelin For this winter, because apparently they are even more durable. If this does not work - back to Nokians.

Nokian WR C Van are very good on dry and wet surface. They are a bit worse on snow and slush, as I noticed slight sliding. Also, I'm not sure if it is the tyre or the brakes, but these tyres have average braking distance. However, I cam overall recommend these tyres as quite decent.
