    Opinion from outside the UK

These tyres provide a very good grip on the BMW E46 when starting with full acceleration. While torque is 350 nm and power of 160 horsepower, even in the rain tyres do not slip, and the car has basically the same acceleration from 0-100 as on dry surface. The only disadvantage is the weak performance of the tyres while rapid lane changing when car begins to swing. In my previous Pirelli P6 tyres it was easier to lose traction but while controlled drifting, a car wasn't swinging at all. These do not lose traction but it seems like there's no air in them. Generally, the tyre provides very good traction, I do not understand why the manufacturer puts on such soft sides, which in my opinion does not use potential of these tyres. I recommend the product but for normal driving, I drive using 100% of engine power and suspension capabilities and I should have bought something low-profiled. What's more I replaced whole suspension in the front and rear 2 months ago + shock absorbers and Eibach Pro kit springs. Geometry is set, so nobody will think that I'm driving a garbage car and that I'm blaming tyres for bad behavior of the vehicle. Regards Read more Collapse

Tyres would be fantastic because they perfectly stick to the road, suppress inequalities, they are soft and comfortable. Braking on dry road - brilliant: I didn't feel so confident on any tyres while sharp braking as on those Continentals. On wet it's also okay. I won't judge a look of these tyres because for me it's completely irrelevant even though there certainly better looking ones. Unfortunately for me, the gums are loud, unpleasant sound arises from approx. 50 km / h, and the most troublesome is approximately 80-90 km / h, which is really in terms of speed. Of course we must note that a manufacturer placed loudness of 72 db on the label. I rode on Yokohama tyres with such volume and it was a little bit better. Certainly not all the noise will bother, I'm generally very sensitive person, what's more my Toyota Avensis has less than the average muted body. But the fact is that the Michelin Primacy 3 was much quieter in exchange for which its traction were terrible. In short, sensational tyre for those who don't care too much about rolling noise and for those who do: they surely have muted cars or cool audio systems. Read more Collapse

I bought these tyres after long time of searching. I reviewed many tests and user reviews. Eventually I chose Continental and I was not disappointed. The tyres are brilliant on dry surfaces. My Toyota Avensis just flows and sticks to asphalt. They show no tendency to slip or lack of stability when cornering, even at high speed. They are quiet and comfortable. It is similar on a wet road: when driving a car, I feel that these tyres were created for driving in the rain. Excellent drainage of water, when accidentally entering even a large puddle, the car does not become unstable. As for braking on dry and wet roads, I can't fault them: several times I accidentally braked wet and dry, but once again the tyres did excellent job. I drove over 50,000 km on them in route and in the city (I drive quite dynamically) and I do not see any special wear. I highly recommend Continental ContiPremiumContact 5 to anyone who values comfort, reliability and above all safety while driving. When the time comes to change summer tyres, I will choose them again without hesitation. Read more Collapse

Car has astray package that makes the body liable to more unpleasant vibrations even on theoretically level road. It terribly annoyed me so I dumped a first factory tyres and then even tried two sets of leading manufacturers tyres, unfortunately with very poor results. Only after mounting ContiPremium ones, all irritants convulsions and vibrations has stopped. Wheels' rumbling on rough roads also disappeared. Tyres lead very confident on winding roads, both dry and wet (I live fairly high up in the mountains and on this basis I judge). I know that my statement smacks of marketing whispered, but I can not help it if these Conti tyres are just like that - close to the ideal in most areas. In conclusion, let me add that the market certainly offers some other, equally successful tyres, but I am not going to reinvent the wheel again. Currently, I lead a war with characteristic convulsions in AUDI A6 but after several unsuccessful attempts, I know that until I put these tyres on, i won't achieve desired effects. Greetings. I do not have anything serious to complain about, as you can see my car is not a high-performance, but sharper cornering at higher speeds sense lateral skid which is also heard. Tyre pressure checked correctly also nothing bad happens with the geometry. Checking this effect 2 times a week because I always drive the same road. It is basically a road curve radius of 90 degrees may 30m? it is difficult to determine visually because the road runs through the forest. Asphalt at this place is in almost perfect condition. Before the bend there is a speed limit of 40km / h - my psyche allows me to overcome this corner at 70km / h and then you hear a slight squealing tyres. Several times I have attempted to overcome it at 90km / h then there's almost constantly squealing and pulls to put ESP active. One time I dared to drive approx. 105-110km / h and tyre lost grip, started to visibly lose track and ride to the side, and I was sweating a little, more than half of the car had to go outside. lane. Very good tyre, I couldn't lose a grip on both dry and wet surface conditions and both in sharp bends, and the dynamic traction. After driving around 20.000 km you do not see big signs of wear, I thought it would be much worse. In fact, the tyre design may disappoint - for this price, it could look better but looks average, However, handling proved to be excellent, which can confirm the belief that the tyre has to fulfill its task. Confirmed the reasonableness of the purchase while critical situation on the road to the A9 motorway in Germany in Nuremberg. At a speed of 150 km / h someone drove up the road and I immediately reflected on the steering wheel from side to side and car skidded a bit. Although you could feel the huge overload and car's tendency to go sideways, the tyres held like glue, just lazily squealed. The first thought that occurred to me was the reasonableness of the tyre's selection. I would definitely recommend it to all. In the high-priced, but guarantee 100% safety. Read more Collapse

Tyres purchased at spring of 2015 with the same date of manufacturing, I drove around 7500 km till now and they aren't worn at all. Tyre behaves very predictable on the road. It holds very well on dry asphalt and even better on wet. Toyota Yaris is light and very understeer car. Even with very tight and demanding turns, the tyres stick to the road as if stuck to asphalt. The same on wet, wet and even asphalt flooded with rain water. I had no problems with grip on these tyres. As I changed tyres quite early for the summer, I had the adventure that wet snow fell in the mountains. And surprisingly, even in such conditions (2cm of slush) the tyre sticks to road perfectly. And now a little bit from another barrel, a consumption range was 0.2 l (from 5.2 to 5.4). Noise is moderate, toyota yaris is poorly muted, so when you listen to the music, you can hear how continental tyres work. But it's a melody of grip! I recommend these tyres. Read more Collapse

I drive mainly in the city: holes, even surfaces, tracks, plates, etc. The fact that driving is great is nothing special, also on the highway at high speeds. Sticks to the road perfectly. But I had the opportunity to drive around city when there was cloudburst in the summer. There was a river on the road and I had absolutely no problems with driving. Even at the fast start, the wheels did not spin. I was even shocked (my first tyres bought as new ones) that the tyre could hold on to the road so much. Earlier I had Pirelli P6000 and it was very poor on wet surfaces. It was tragic on the road when you entered the puddle - I had to hold the steering wheel tightly, the car slowed down a lot. I don't have this problem with Continental. Even with holes on the side of the road, with puddles, the car goes very well, does not slow down and the steering wheel does not jump back. Very good tyres. Read more Collapse

I bought these tyres on very good price at the end of a summer season. Immediately after winter, winter season tyres are sold at a higher price. Previous tyres was from the same manufacturer but I fitted them like they were used. I thought if tread is more than 6 mm it's almost like brand-new ones. What's more a date of manufacturing them is just 4 years what makes it definitely worth it. However, the tread and the date of manufacture is not everything - parking a car under the block and constantly changing weather conditions makes rubber lose its properties and become hard. After replacing the tyres with new ones, I was impressed after just first tour - tyres are especially a lot quieter and more comfortable. I recommend them and from now on I will always drive on brand-new tyres. Maybe a little more expensive but definitely safer. Read more Collapse

As in the summary sentence, tyres drive great, they are quiet and hold well in corners, which I like to drive through quite dynamically. When it comes to depreciation, they are really great, unfortunately our Polish holes on the road are terrible, but it's not scary for Continental tyres. Overall, I recommend they, as they are at very good price and quality. i would rate it at 11/10;) :) Oh well, and very important thing is that they drain water well from raises. Tyre doesn't tug or throw and car stays stable. Of course, all this while maintaining balance between imagination and common sense. It is known that no one with a healthy mind drives 180km / h in wet but also while driving 110 km / h raining weather doesn't annoy at all. I can say I recommend very much. I wish you a wide way and safe way home! Read more Collapse

Continental ContiPremiumContact 5 tyres are my first set of tyres from this company. Earlier I used tyres bought by my parents. When I became the owner of the vehicle, I decided to buy Continental tyres - they had very good reviews. I will say briefly: I was not disappointed! From the first kilometer I traveled, I felt it was a bull's-eye. I am happy with them all the time and I would not say anything bad about them. Seriously! In addition, I know that Continental tyres will also be purchased in this or next winter. Since summer they did not disappoint me, I hope that winter will also meet my expectations. By nature, I try to be a perfectionist in everything I do, so the choice is clear: I buy Continental tyres! Read more Collapse

I really like Continental tyres for the good all round grip they give, especially in the wet. Very good tire for all conditions. When you drive into a puddle not feel resistance - as well discharges water. Very good to drive, the car is very predictable and stable. Very well behaved on uneven ground - after the previous tires I am pleasantly surprised. The first impression as I set tires very good running track, I'm going to rails, and I feel like I'm driving a hovercraft and not the car so changed comfort. Vehicle movements became smooth, nothing jerks and throws bumps and feeling like I sat in the car for a better class. The high speed feel confident and the noise is small and does not interfere. I also have winter tires from Continental, and in both cases I have nothing to complain about. Read more Collapse

Tire recommendable. So far I've used Goodyearów and as far as the quality of kilometers of Use deteriorated along with przejechanymi miles, although at the beginning it was great - ie to about 25,000 km, I will add that the tires lasted 50000 km. With tires Continental ContiPremiumContact 5 is definitely better. It is perfectly predictable tire proven on dry and wet roads. The more confident cornering exercises from the previous used tires - better hold (by far). As for the noise it probably is a bit quieter than the Goodyear.Jest is my feeling, and not the result of a measurement. I can not say about the durability of the tires, as this is the start of use (driven less than 10000 km). Read more Collapse

By purchasing these tires have read a lot of reviews on the Internet, prevailed in them very good reviews about these tires. In addition to the purchase of this convinced me that the VW group uses the standard tires on their cars, which to me means that if such a great company they trust that I too can. At first I was a little concerned about the price but confident that the tires are the only thing in the car that is in contact with the road I decided not to save either the tire or just trying to find the cheapest tires in different - and sometimes unreliable - suppliers. To date, these tires ION once failed me, both quiet during the trip and adhesion during emergency braking. Read more Collapse

I drove on these tires 20000 in all conditions, so I can a little bit about them. Purchased the rubber primarily due to their handling characteristics, and the selection was based mainly on tests (ADAC, etc.). Previously, I had started a lacie ECO (Goodyear efficentgrip), so my assessment formulate a comparison of these two models. I will be brief - in terms of driveability beats Conti previous head. Super behavior on the water, on curves, perfect braking and pulling away. The downside tires are: the volume and rolling resistance (increased burning of ok.0 ,3-0, 5 l/100 km. Would recommend these tires to anyone who appreciates above all, safe and precise handling. Read more Collapse

Special recognition for the behavior of the tires on the wet pavement - first attempts were sharper braking combined with surprise: the car simply "reared". In dry conditions also handle well - I never noticed problems with adhesion. Noise - the tire is heard during fast driving, but taking into account traction in any case it is not annoying. Rolling resistance and abrasion - in normal use I did not notice an increase of combustion, and the route even slightly less than the previous tires Barum. The only reason I can attach it looks - are a bit balonowate and their limousines would probably not founded, but considering the sense of safety forgive ;-) Read more Collapse

Previously rode Continentalach Premium Contact 2 and was very happy. When it was time for a change I decided on the successor to these tires and I do not regret the choice. Tires ride really comfortable, are quiet and both dry and wet conditions is all about. I have a high profile 65 and the tire flexes slightly under the rim (balloon effect) but nothing that does not stop and driving on our roads more I appreciate comfort than the appearance of the tire. The tread is an additional marker that tells us when the tire loses its performance in wet conditions. The wet braking never turned me ABS and ruts with water car runs confident. Really recommendable tires. Read more Collapse

I bought four donuts 1.5 years ago. Clincher very nice when it comes to her look. As for driving, a very good grip in corners even squeaks. Already tested more than once. Well drains water. At high speeds around 180 km / h nothing flips casts no not booming. Holding up well, I can confirm. No problem at the plant wyważyli tire wheels. There was not any problems. Only thing I can say bad about this tire is that at 60 you can hear it slightly (but depends on how the asphalt goes), but not as loudly as such. Debica Navigator 2 and Barum. Very good damping inequality and low noise, to the bad traction and braking make tire exceptionally good on Polish roads. Unfortunately, the tire has a very soft sides which results in instability at higher speeds. At a higher profile (in my 195/60) I would definitely not recommend high-speed maneuvers at highway speeds. Drivers with sporting ambitions but I recommend tires with sporting characteristics. I drove on them some 7 500 km of this year. Travel home at midnight total Sweden. The 2 sides about 5 000 km. Zero problems, great grip, even in difficult conditions. Compared to winter tires, which also have Continental, the summer is not heard at all. I would recommend to anyone who chooses not only on the road around the city, but also in more difficult conditions. PS: Tires survived a meeting with 9 moose and some 30 reindeer. 3 times I had quite a bit inhibited (not really, but pretty tight) and the car stopped properly in place very quickly. Super tire. So far, I rode on different (Goodyeary, Michelin), but this time I put on Conti, based on the available reviews and was not disappointed. Tires did very well on both dry and wet conditions. Already after a few days I had the opportunity to check them during very heavy rain on the highway - the car was going like glue to the road, despite the high speed. On dry asphalt hard tires move out of balance. Even a quick start does not squeal of tires. What to abrasion a lot more I can not say, but it looks ok. Seems to me that tore off less than my previous Goodyeary at the same time. Read more Collapse

Compared to tire middle class, whose little longer objezdzilem (Barumy, Vredesteiny, Uniroyal, Fulda, etc) - much better, although with some loses in are any specific punkcikach (eg RainExpert on deep puddles). These tires are one of the best tires I have had. They are quiet, as such large tires and heavy car. The car also runs very stably and reliably. I do not worry about braking distances, even on wet, dry there is nothing to say, mega security. Last I braked "emergency" before roe deer and gave advice. Zero slip on a rainy autumn day. I think pojeżdżę on them a little bit. I have them first season and did not notice that somehow quickly clashed, maybe it depends on driving style. Although few kilometers I drove I would recommend these tires. In my opinion a very good value for money. The first impression upon the assumption that the vast reduction of noise in the cabin and not just arising from the rolling resistance as well as select surface irregularities. In normal driving in town and on the highway fast not noticed minuses tires - good grip in cornering and braking. The tire quite soft so I do not recommend rapid incursions into curbs and other such obstacles. The evaluation of the appearance of the tire leave tastes interested. Read more Collapse

This is the second Continental'e what I have and I'm very happy. Braking on both dry and wet roads is certain. The tire is very flexible and is firmly any asphalt surface. Unfortunately, slightly translates into a tire lateral support in fast cornering (very slight feeling of flow - no loosening in the suspension, the car was checked). Draining water when driving in the rain revelation (see in the rearview mirror which cloud the water is), which translates into a sense of confidence running. Let's move dynamically and on slippery and wet (though I would have expected a bit better), correctly keeps cornering, can inhibit. After 8 thousand km of consumption does not noted down. In the future, will prove ContiSportContact yet, somehow previously treated the same brand as something a little bit over budget. Read more Collapse

ContiPremiumContact 5 195/65/15 I bought at the beginning of 2013. So far, I drove them about 20 000 km. Overall, great tires and the wet or on dry, even with light frost OK. But the use of these tires is unbelievable. None of the tires on the driven not consumed so quickly! After 20 000 km is only 3.5 mm tread! and the end of July until the end of the season a little more left. I think you can buy tires with similar parameters that can withstand much longer. The tires are very good, quiet and economical on the water without reservations, they have one drawback is soft to the side causing no stability especially in curves and turns. Volvo s40II is small and aggressive and fast this sense .This same applies to winter tires that have conti TS 850. I think that the fault may be in the size of 195/65/15 are too high I do not know at 16 or 17 would be different, but then there are other problems greet you Conti. Read more Collapse

The best tires on which I rode. The car holds the road as if he spoiler and diffuser. Tires roll quietly, much quieter than the previous one I had. I started with Continental winter tires, worked very well. Finally, I had tires that the car dragged through the snow. Previous not give advice. It turned out that this year also was a hit. I highly recommend, this premium brand, so the price right, but you should have a sense of security and comfort. Read more Collapse

Hit purchase. I am satisfied with the purchased tires - tires very well in all conditions and on all surfaces. I drove on different tires, but the tires from Continental so far I have a very good reputation. Tires are very good quality and definitely win in each category. Price also is not excessive for a tire of this class. Service Oponeo.co.uk very expertly and professionally advised tire model. Conspired and very quickly gained purchased tires. Read more Collapse

Tires bought a month ago, the Portuguese production. Until then do not speak up about their abrasiveness because I drove them around 1.500 km. First impressions - comfortable and quiet. Conti perfectly collects irregularities and holes. Perfect grip on dry and wet. When braking auto "is in place", the traction is not an option to tires squealing. Holding cornering revelation. I would definitely recommend, I will definitely buy again. Read more Collapse

Hello, Tires worth the money. As a vulcanizer can honestly recommend it. Soft by what little they mention (without risk of scratching the aluminum rims). On the road, it's hard squeak them. Inability to slip at an average speed (tested on wet). Noise can stand when because it also depends on the car and its attenuation. Trouble-free (at least to me with them, nothing happened after almost 10k km) and of themselves are nice :). Regards. Read more Collapse
