Hankook Winter i*cept evo2 SUV W320A

These are my first set of winter tyres and I have a low mileage so only done around 400 miles in these. First impression after fitted was they were softer and less grippy than my Pirelli summers when tested at 5 degrees and wet. However I think after doing 100 miles in them they started to feel better. (Might be mental adjustment) this week I've had the chance to test in a few inches of snow, slush and ice and this is where they excel. Normal wet/dry driving at 5 degrees and above my summers are more confidence inspiring but below and with the other conditions these excel. So in summary I'm pleased with the purchase especially given their price and I'll only use between December and March each year. I also found it very hard to find winter tyres to fit my 21" wheels but hankook do a great size range. Read more Collapse

I do remember fitting Hankook Winter i*cept evo2 SUV W320A in the beginning of January 2015. Despite snowy weather the car was firmly holding on to the road. I tried to skid several times, and I had a lot of difficulties to do so. Only when accelerating while turning the car uswas moving slightly to the sideways. The vehicle has AWD drive. I think these Hankok tyres are the right choice and I would recommend their purchase. I was not able to test them in high snow. At the time there were slighly less than an inch of snow. I have found no faults with Hankook Winter i*cept evo2 SUV W320A tyres. You will notice driving comfort, lack of noise, braking response on any kind of surface is satisfactory. I had no opportunity to ride on the snow yet because it simply were no snow. But on a dry and wet they are sensational. I would recommend to anyone who appreciates driving comfort. My car runs quite smoothly on the Hankook Winter i*cept evo2 SUV W320A tyres. Very good grip to the surface. During braking or cornering the road feedback is nothing you could complain about even at higher speeds. The tyres very quiet as well. The only drawback is the suppression of surface irregularities but may be due to the profile 55. I didn't yet have an opportunity to test them on the snow or slush though. I've had the Hankook Winter i*cept evo2 SUV W320A fitted last month. I had the opportunity to ride through the snow and slush and the road feedback was very good.It felt like they were nicely chewing through the snow. On asphalt are quiet and no noise get through inside the car. Can't say much about the durability of those cause i got them for too short to tell. In a few words: They are worth a shot! I bought Hankook Winter i*cept evo2 SUV W320A tyres in the size 235/60 / R17. It's hard to comare those to any i have previously had. I am very pleased, even though I drove only a little in terms of a mileage. Most importantly, the tyres are quiet and perform very well. I drove all the way from London to Romania and back for Christmas.. what a journey. Lovely tyres. In Germany I push it to 250 km/h in the rain .. this tyres are fantastic. No much noise. I replaced all 4 rubber, pricey came out for almost 2tys. but worth. Quiet winter burning slightly larger than the summer. I had no way of testing the snow, but 2.5 thousand km of dry, wet and very wet roads in December was productive. I would recommend. Read more Collapse
