Kormoran SUV Snow

3PMSF

The tyre meets the European Union's requirements for winter tyres

Carries the 3PMSF (Three Peak Mountain Flake) symbol, which is awarded after the model in question has been thoroughly tested for snow grip.

Type: winter tyre

Class: economy - a guarantee of the best value for money ratio

Intended use: 4x4 vehicles

Tread: directional - innovative transversal grooves help to drain water and slush from the tyre surface

Sizes: 16” to 18”

This economy winter tyre is designed for large cars such as SUVs or 4x4 vehicles. The Kormoran SUV Snow is reliable on any type of surface. With the numerous wide notches combined with directional tread pattern, the model drains water and slush from under the crown ply, which ensures a safe drive and prevents aquaplaning. The special shaping of the transversal grooves is responsible for safe driving and protects against skidding.

The grooves used on the Kormoran SUV Snow include micro-ribs that considerably improve traction control when driving on an icy road. With the modern silica compound used in the tyre, the model maintains its properties even at very low temperatures. The tyre is designed in such a way to optimise fuel consumption and reduce operating noise. The product perfectly sticks to the road and thus wears out evenly.

Information on the manufacturer: Kormoran is a brand that has been known to the Polish drivers for years. The Kormoran product range includes tyres for passenger cars (including SUVs), light trucks and lorries. The history of Kormoran is connected with the production plant in ‘Stomil’ Olsztyn and their acquisition by Michelin. The brand naturally continues the tradition of the Olsztyn Car Tyre Factory, which was founded in 1961 and started production 6 years later. The Polish factory became famous by manufacturing the first Polish radial tyres for light trucks and lorries in 1973. The Kormoran brand was created by the initiative of the new owner and quickly became popular among customers for its modern design and good price.
