Vredestein Quatrac 5 is equipped with an advanced asymmetric tread pattern. Its summer section features reduced rolling resistance, excellent grip and high driving precision on both wet and dry roads.
The winter version of Vredestein Quatrac 5 has also been refined in every aspect. Its modern sipes perform excellently on snowy roads at low temperatures. Between the sipes in the centre of the tread, the manufacturer deployed additional 3D grooves that are responsible for the highest grip on bends. With them the tyre accelerates very well, in typical winter conditions also.
The model is manufactured using a rubber compound including silica. Thanks to this, the tyre has a very durable structure, maintains flexibility even at extremely low temperatures and has a long life.
Vredestein Quatrac 5 has the EU’s green marking for tyres. This means that it is distinguished by an extremely low rolling resistance and a very low noise level.
The tyre surface has the snowflake symbol and the M&S mark which means that the product meets all the requirements for winter tyres.
The history of Vredestein, a Dutch group, started in 1908. It was then that the company first launched an experimental production of passenger car tyres. Unfortunately, it was not very successful but everything changed after the Second World War. Today, Vredestein is one of the largest tyre manufacturers worldwide.
