175/60 R14 tyres are produced with small family and family cars in mind. The size of the tyre can be seen on its sidewall. The first number denotes the tread width of the tyre. The number is provided in millimetres and in the case of the 175/60 R14 tyre it equals 175 mm. The second number equals the tyre profile's height and its percentage ratio to the tyre's tread width (here 60% out of 175 mm).
