I bought Nokian WR D3 tires as suggested by the Oponeo's staff (I wanted to buy another brand, but the employee was able to convince me to buy Nokians) and NO regrets there. Although the winter was so-so, but a couple of days with ice / frozen snow on the road gave me a picture - surprisingly good exeperience. I am accustomed to the fact that a certain parts of some roads to is covered by ice and the cars slide there. This time my car slipped just a little in a fairly "controlled" manner. Another time, under similar conditions, I was surprised that the ABS did not trigger (which happend often on previous tyres). Of course we are talking about the new tires properly inflated after the first few hundred kilometers.

I bought Nokian WR D3 are the really high-end tires at an affordable price. Super grip on any type of surface, in the snow and slush they behave almost perfectly. Previously I was using Michelin tires but they were not as great as Nokians. Personally, I would recommend anyone to purchase tires I bought Nokian WR D3 because they are great for winter conditions. Besides, these are Finnish brand tires and you can tell that the Finns know best when it comes to winter tyres (i heard they firs invented them). I would encourage anyone who can't make up their mind on which tyre to choose. At the end I will add that the fuel consumption of these tires is much lower than with the previously used Michelin tyres.

Translation

The tire is performing well in freezing temperatures compared to Dunlopów Winter Sport 3D is noticeably better. Great performance was during trips abroad especially recommendable for trips to the mountains (in the Austrian Alps can not imagine driving to a different tire) while driving highway also performed its task well as to the rolling resistance and the effect on combustion it can not comment because issues economic as fuel economy, rolling resistance etc. not interested and over not translate traction and these are exemplary.

Ordered these winter tyres a couple of days before Xmas, delivered a couple of days afterwards. Amazing good service. Great price. I have been using them in Scandinavia during really heavy snowfall. Traditionally studded tyres are used in winter so was interesting to try winter tyres without studs. Very impressive on snow. Struggled on ice. For UK conditions these are a great winter tyre. Can tackle snow no problem. Never have to drive on solid ice in the UK, should be fine with icy conditions with sensible driving.

Translation

We know no tires on the ice but in all other circumstances excel brilliantly. Low rolling resistance affect lower fuel but most importantly they give comfort by a low noise level and when it comes to durability in my case, after driving over 5000 km can not see any signs of use. Therefore, I think that these are really demanding for the tires. I recommend and greet !!!

Translation

During what was a pretty bad winter I happily drove in the Peak District between Derbyshire and Sheffield on a daily basis on untreated roads. Tyres don't let you down and on occasion the only other cars I encountered were 4x4s so extreme were the weather conditions.

Translation

I travel a lot by car (120 km every day to work), and besides with my family on some trips. The tire behaves well, practically zero wear, snow miracle - it was the first winter season when not buried in the snow. With a clear conscience recommend.

Translation

Due to the mild winter (no snow) tires appreciated mainly by looking at their work at lower temperatures and a little wet. It should be emphasized their quiet operation! and comfort even at high speeds on the highway ... I recommend!

I definitely recommend it. Skubańce on my little test on a wet and slippery surface stop the auditor (heavy) in place. It's good that I fastened the belt because I would surf on the windshield on the asphalt. If they wear out, they are the same in the dark.

Buy
