Vredestein Snowtrac 5 is a premium tyre designed for everyday driving in the winter season. The model guarantees a high level of safety, durability and excellent performance on any type of surface.
Vredestein Snowtrac 5 provides driving comfort thanks to optimized lateral grooves in the tread that improve the stability of the tyre, and thus ensure optimum contact with the road which helps track driving precision when negotiating bends.
This model has a directional tread pattern characterized by grooves in the shape of the letter "V" that help fast water drainage from under the front tyre and effective overall drying of the tyre. This model provides protection against aquaplaning thanks to a circular contact surface area and stepped longitudinal grooves.
Vredestein Snowtrac 5 has a central continuous groove achieved by unique geometric incisions in the central zone of the tread which delivers better driving stability. Increased comfort and better steering wheel to tyre communication is also enhanced by this design. Long blades of unequal size deliver improved grip on typical winter roads. Placing them in different directions ensures short braking distances on wet, icy and snowy roads. Compared with the previous model, Vredestein Snowtrac 3, the total length of the deep sipes has been increased by more than 30%.
Vredestein Snowtrac 5 uses a stealth technology design that provides acoustic comfort and sound absorption by exploiting a large area of longitudinal and lateral grooves.
